Automation Coordinator

Are you looking for a new opportunity to make the next step in your career within the Pharmaceutical Industry? Then join our very enthusiastic and energetic team as our new Automation Coordinator in our production site in Koropi!
In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating Automation engineers and tasks related to Automation, IT/ OT and computerized components of the Production, Packaging, Utilities, and Track and Trace systems with focus on continuous improvement.
You will work in our plant in Koropi and report to local Automation Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates Automation team that executes IT /automation-related processes and prepare & review relevant documentation of equipment, such as Active Directory integrations, Remote Support concept, Application Administration Plan, Back-up/Restore/Archive.
- Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, engineers and others concerning equipment operations or maintenance
- Maintain state-of-the-art Track and Trace and Automation systems
- Follows up tickets regarding troubleshooting
- Provide training to production and packaging personnel
- Support and lead technical projects on Track and Trace topics and activities (User Requirements, project management, commissioning, training etc.) and other CAPEX projects with automation activities.
- Ensure Operational Technology compliance of computerized systems on the area of responsibility.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- 2 year or more of experience in Automation or Engineering, preferably within a pharmaceutical or process industry.
- 2 years of people management in Automation/ Engineering field or leading in big Automation projects
- Experience in Automation or IT/OT at an industry environment, preferably in process and /or pharma industry is a strong plus
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
- Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA, and industrial PCs/HMIs is a plus
- Excellent decision making and planning skills
- Strong team player with a customer service mindset and problem-solving mindset
- Must be a self-starter and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Ability to work in cross functional environment
- Lastly, Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in IT, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial design & production engineering or a similar field.
