Specialty Therapy Partner - Jeddah

The successful candidate will effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim core products to existing and potential customers, by presenting how products benefit their patients, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share, also to offer innovative, tailored solutions for key accounts ensuring long term presence of the Specialty portfolio whilst adhering to best practice principles and standard operational procedures (SOPs).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing business in assigned accounts and to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets/objectives.
  • Propose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that needs to build the productive business relation between the account and the company.
  • Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver the assigned core product message.
  • Listing of Specialty products in all accounts through the value proposition of Specialty products to the payers and P&T committee and the decision makers.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy 
  • A minimum of 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience 
  • Expertise in account-based customer engagement
  • Customer-centric selling skills
  • Omni-channel and digital assets mastery
