Brand Execution Executive, HP
This is an agency‑hired role supporting the Human Pharma Commercial for Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia. The successful candidate will be employed by the agency and assigned to Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia. This role is not a direct employment with Boehringer Ingelheim.
THE POSITION
We are seeking a contingent Brand Execution Executive to bridge strategy and execution for our cardiovascular & specialty portfolio and manage a few ad-hoc projects. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Boehringer Ingelheim’s strategic priorities are consistently and effectively implemented in the field. Working in close partnership with APL, the individual will drive alignment, elevate execution quality, and ensure our brands are managed with a high degree of rigour and consistency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy-to-Execution Alignment
- Translate brand strategies into clear, actionable execution plans
- Ensure all field and marketing activities are aligned with overarching strategic priorities
- Track and monitor execution against agreed plans, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions
- Support the development of execution frameworks, tools, and guidelines
Brand Management Support
- Support the management of cardiovascular & other relevant brands to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor brand performance indicators and flag risks/opportunities
- Ensure adherence to brand positioning, messaging, and promotional guidelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, sales) to ensure cohesive brand execution
Partner Collaboration (APL)
- Act as a key coordination point with APL partners to ensure strategic alignment for the responsible brands.
- Ensure that partner-led activities are consistent with Boehringer Ingelheim standards and expectations
- Facilitate regular reviews and alignment discussions with APL teams
- Drive seamless communication and issue resolution between internal and partner teams
Execution Excellence & Governance
- Ensure high standards of execution quality across all initiatives
- Monitor compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic field/implementation reviews to assess execution effectiveness
- Identify best practices and scale them across teams
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key execution KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Develop dashboards or reports to monitor progress and outcomes
- Generate insights from execution data to support decision-making
- Support periodic business reviews with relevant execution insights
- Ad-hoc Projects & Initiatives
- Lead or contribute to pilot initiatives aimed at improving execution effectiveness.
- Step in to support urgent business priorities or gap areas as needed
- Improvement in execution KPIs and brand performance indicators
- Stakeholder feedback on coordination and delivery
Requirements
- Pharmacy Background is strongly preferred
- 3 years’ or above experience in Pharma marketing / product executive / brand executive
- Background in pharma sales will be preferred.
- Experience in cardiovascular, diabetes, or specialty care is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian pharma ecosystem (doctors, hospitals, tenders)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Strong Presentation skills, Stakeholder communication, Training capability (for sales teams) & Execution & Project Management
