SFE Specialist

We are hiring a Salesforce Excellence Responsible to drive results in our  Customer Experience Excellence Department.

 

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for identifying new approaches for solving business problems related to growth,
  • Partner to Sales through data-based insights into the current and forward-looking state of sales to drive strategic & tactical action to achieve business goals,
  • Decide and follow up of KPI sets for key initiatives,
  • Assist in design, coordination and implementation of local/regional/global sales force effectiveness projects,
  • Determine segmentation of HCPs and call targets & sales quotas of sales team by using SFE tools,
  • Provide necessary support in territory alignment, Segmentation, target setting, incentive/sales target calculation processes,
  • Review actual monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance of BI brands, following IMETA & local KPIs and guide sales function and implement timely actions accordingly,
  • Assist pre-launching activities of upcoming products.


WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, MIS, Economics or Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced level of MS Excel
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with IQVIA sales & CRM data is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience on Veeva CRM is a plus
  • Ability to successfully interact with vast volumes of field personnel– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation and manage data complexity. Attention to detail and quality.
