Total Rewards Systems Manager
The Position
The Total Rewards Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the end user experience across all Total Rewards systems. This role ensures seamless integration, consistent data management, and a unified user interface across platforms such as SuccessFactors, EC Payrolls, Payscale, Equus, Payanalytics, and the Long-Term Incentive database. The incumbent will be a key partner to Global Business Services and IT and collaborate closely with local Total Rewards (TR) Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Global Solution Owners.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will take ownership of the end-user interface and experience across all Total Rewards (TR) systems, ensuring a consistent and intuitive design. In collaboration with internal stakeholders such as TalentGoA (Talent, HR Governance and Analytics), GBS, and IT, you will define requirements and track the implementation of integrated dashboards that provide meaningful insights to users and stakeholders.
- In this role, you will drive the integration of TR systems by providing direction, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring business logic and data consistency across platforms. You will also guide decisions on access rights and user roles, aligning with data privacy and security standards.
- Maintaining high-quality master data governance and ensuring accurate, compliant employee records will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support internal and external audits related to TR systems and data.
- You will identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies for automation, analytics, and improved decision-making, helping to optimize TR systems and processes.
- Acting as a key counterpart to GBS and IT, you will translate business needs into technical requirements while working closely with TR COEs and Global Solution Owners to align system capabilities with strategic goals.
- Within the GBS Process and Program Management (PPM) framework, you will lead or support business testing for system changes and enhancements, drive change management initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection, payroll, and labor regulations for systems owned by Core HR.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics or related field paired with several years of experience in end user interface design, data integration, and master data governance
- Proven experience in HRIS or Total Rewards systems management and their integration, ideally in a global context and with strong project management skills
- Familiarity with AI applications in HR or TR systems is a plus
- Experience in driving systems change management initiatives and conducting business testing for system updates
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors, EC Payrolls, Payscale, Equus, Payanalytics, and related Total Rewards platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in a matrixed organization
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
