Temporary Worker - Employee Engagement and Experience - part-time 50%
The Position
In the global Employee Engagement team, we work continuously to improve the Employee Experience at Boehringer Ingelheim. We actively listen to our employees, develop suitable listening formats for HR, and derive actions that positively influence daytoday work.
If you enjoy collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback data and turning it into meaningful insights for HR topics, you’ll be a great fit for our team.
This position is limited for 6 months with a maximum of 20 working hours per week, depending on your availability. You will be located in Ingelheim, but we offer flexibility of working hours that align with your studies.
Tasks & responsibilities
- As team support, you will support the Employee Engagement team, especially in the areas of Employee Listening and Employee Experience.
- Importantly, you will support the planning, preparation, and implementation of Employee Listening activities (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews).
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback and prepare results for different target groups.
- By collaborating with team members and other HR stakeholders you will help to further develop listening processes.
- Supporting the creation of communication materials related to listening activities (e.g., presentations, internal communications) will also be part of your role.
- Moreover, you will be assisting with engagement formats and editorial tasks depending on interest and need (e.g., global town halls, video or podcast productions, intranet articles, newsletter contributions).
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, such as communications, psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a comparable field
- Initial experience through internships or student roles in HR, communications, project management, or similar areas is an advantage
- Interest in topics such as employee experience, feedback culture, user experience methods, or internal communications
- Confident use of common digital tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint)
- Structured way of working, team spirit, and enjoyment of cocreating initiatives
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
