Senior Customer Insights & Forecasting (CIF) Analyst

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will take charge of several indications, leveraging your pronounced intrapreneurship to extend strategic and strong analytical support beyond your direct responsibilities. Bringing all professional and methodological competencies to the team, you aim to collaborate with Therapeutic Areas to generate insights and derive actionable recommendations based on internal and external market trends, prescription data, primary and secondary market research, as well as data insights.
  • Strong forecasting analytical skills for business planning, including Outlook, Annual Business Review & Long-Term Forecast in Annual Discussion, will be crafted by you. Your expertise will also support TA cross-functional teams, CX Head, CIF Squad Lead  in their preparation and execution efforts.
  • Your contribution will be significant in projects and processes relevant to marketing, sales, and CXE, occasionally stepping up as a project or sub-project leader or process owner. Initiatives aimed at process improvement, potentially including the training and monitoring of agile methods, will be spearheaded by you.
  • Management of the Demand Manager for the analysis platform will fall under your purview, as will participation in the development of standard and ad-hoc analyses. Coordinating overarching analytical questions in cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to internal and external quality management standards will be among your responsibilities.
  • In collaboration with the global team and external providers, the development, execution, analysis, and presentation of the brand PDT (Performance Diagnosis Tracker) will be led by you. This effort aims to uncover new insights into customer behavior, market conditions, and pharma trends. Defining research objectives, developing hypotheses, and selecting appropriate methods for qualitative and quantitative data collection will be your charge. Presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, as well as managing collaborations with external research partners, will also be key tasks.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics, Business Informatics, or Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology) with relevant work experience; additional qualifications are desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields, with significant roles in project/process management, business analysis, or data & application management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain data, transform results into actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to senior management
  • Proven initiative, self-driven and results-oriented approach, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines
  • Innovative problem solver with strong project management capabilities, experience in leading project teams, and expertise in change management practices
  • High intrinsic motivation for self-development, with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and market knowledge, including excellent presentation skills in both German and English
