As the world leader in the production of innovative medicines, we at Boehringer Ingelheim offer you the opportunity to get to know the diverse responsibilities of the People Planning & Analytics Team within Corporate HR. In this role, you will support us in our daily work with HR data and analysis concepts and take responsibility for various projects.
This position will be filled in Ingelheim.

You will gain an insight into the following topics and tasks
- Within your internship you will have the opportunity to work in an international People Planning and Analytics Team within the Corporate HR Function. Your tasks can include:
- You will support the definition of global standards for HR People Planning & Analytics.
- Together with your experienced colleagues, you will develop and implement
- HR People Planning & Analytics concepts.
- Your skills are required to assist with data analysis and contribute to the development of new dashboards using modern AI tools as part of various projects.
- You will make a valuable contribution to our monthly closing by assisting with the evaluation of capacity distributions and performing budget-to-actual comparisons.
- Additionally, you will participate in system tests and validations and support the creation of necessary training materials and process documentation.
Your profile
- Students enrolled in a business/economic-related degree program with a focus on Human Resources Management or Business Economics or a comparable discipline
- A strong affinity for systems and processes combined with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team, with a self-organised and structured approach, and enjoyment of working in an innovative environment
- Talent for languages: fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
What we can offer you
- As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
- You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
- A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week
- Independent responsibility and valuable practical experience across various projects
- Within our team, we offer you a hybrid working model, allowing you to work remotely several days a week.
- The internship lasts for 6 months. Preferred start dates are either the 1st of March, or the 1st of August. If another date works better for you, please indicate your preferred period in your application.
