As part of the Cross-Therapeutic Area (X-TA) Access Learning & Community team, you will actively contribute to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global learning initiatives that build critical capabilities for Value & Access professionals worldwide. You will work closely with global stakeholders, take responsibility for defined projects, and gain hands-on exposure to how learning strategies are translated into tangible impact across a complex, international organization.
You will gain insight and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Support the execution of the global Value & Access learning strategy, contributing to high-impact initiatives that strengthen capabilities across markets and therapeutic areas.
- Co-create, coordinate, and continuously improve global learning journeys for Value & Access roles, including onboarding, capability building, and talent development initiatives.
- Support the delivery of global training programs, workshops, and learning events (virtual and in-person), including preparation, communication, and follow-up activities.
- Develop high-quality learning materials and presentations, such as training decks, demos, walk-throughs, and communication assets for a global audience.
- Contribute to the implementation of new operating models and frameworks within Cross-Therapeutic Area Access, supporting change and adoption through learning.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across functions (e.g., Access, Pricing, HEOR, Learning) to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Gain exposure to global Value and Access systems across key markets such as Germany, US, China, and Japan.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (e.g., Public Health, Health Economics, Market Access, Business Administration/MBA, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field)
- Strong interest in learning & development, capability building, or organizational development, ideally within healthcare or life sciences.
- First experience or strong affinity with pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, or market access is an advantage.
- Confident, hands-on user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize and structure complex information for different audiences.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
