Global Process Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

The Position

Are you passionate about designing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes of the future? Do you enjoy translating strategy into action within a dynamic, international environment? Are you experienced in delivering cross-functional, international projects?

As the Global Process Manager CLM, you will be responsible for our end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management processes and ecosystem. You will ensure that our digital contracting processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Acting as a key interface between Legal, Sourcing, Medicine, and IT, you will play a central role in advancing our global contracting landscape.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role, you will be responsible for the governance, design, deployment, measurement and innovation management of our global contracting processes and CLM ecosystem.
  • You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders in Legal, Sourcing, Medicine and IT on corporate and local levels to coordinate the creation and implementation of new processes, adjustments and integration of applications and processes into existing landscapes.
  • You will work with the global Process and Key User community to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete, measurable process enhancements.
  • You will ensure up-to-date documentation of our global processes and adherence to global compliance guidelines.
  • You will manage international and interdisciplinary projects related to our Contract Lifecycle ecosystem (e.g. integration with other relevant systems, data & dashboarding, tech scouting).

Requirements

  • Diploma or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law, Engineering or equivalent with a focus on processes and analytical thinking or a Bachelor’s degree with more relevant professional experience
  • Several years of domain specific work experience (Legal Operations, Process Manager, IT Product Owner or Business Consultant)
  • Experience with enterprise level management of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions is a strong advantage
  • Intercultural and stakeholder management skills as well as the competence to manage conflict and change
  • Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to find solutions quickly and a hands-on attitude to implement them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required
