Global People Growth Manager - Senior Executive Development

If you are passionate about Leadership Development and enjoy working independently while contributing to a dynamic team, we invite you to join the global Senior Executive Recruiting & Development team that is in charge of the design & implementation of a Senior Executive Development Landscape in close collaboration with the global Leadership Academy Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the development of the Senior Executives at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Global People Growth Manager, you will be responsible for global Leadership Development Offers for our Senior Executives. Your primary responsibilities will include: 
  • Design and Optimization: You will be responsible for designing and optimizing new and existing learning offers and corresponding processes, ensuring a consistent global user experience. Your role will also involve ensuring a smooth transition into run-mode.
  • Steering: You will continuously measure the effectiveness of our programs and use data to guide all offers, ensuring a high global standard and end-to-end responsibility.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our business units, leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Community, HR Service Centers, and external providers to ensure the successful implementation of our leadership development initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree with several years of professional experience in personnel and organizational development or completed vocational training with long-term relevant experience. A focus on Leadership Development and/or Talent Development is preferred
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of leadership development programs and instruments in an international context
  • Excellent collaborative communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of conscientiousness with focus on end-to-end responsibility
  • Fluent in English
