Global Head of Pricing

The Position

In the role as Global Head of Pricing you will shape and drive the global pricing strategy for Animal Health, ensuring optimal pricing models and strategies are in place. You will also drive the change management and innovation of the global pricing capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Moreover, you will lead a global team of pricing experts, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the team's success.
 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As the Global Head of Pricing, one of your key tasks will be to shape the global pricing strategy for our Animal Health division. This is not just a task, but an opportunity to leave your mark on a critical aspect of our business.
  • In this role, you will be the driving force behind the implementation of pricing initiatives. Your actions will directly influence our competitive standing in the market.
  • Furthermore, you will drive the change management and innovation of the global pricing capabilities. 
  • Compliance will be a crucial part of your role. You will ensure that all pricing-related aspects adhere to our high standards and regulations. Your vigilance will protect our integrity and reputation.
  • Finally, you will lead a global team of pricing experts, both directly and in a matrix leadership role.

Requirements

  • Master´s degree with long term experience in pricing related function as well as experience in pricing and finance systems
  • Understanding of complex business environments regarding customers and channels
  • Advanced in leading people
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals
  • Willingness to travel internationally
