Customer Facing Function (CFF) Analyst
The Position
This exciting role as a Customer Facing Function (CFF) Analyst in Customer Experience (ILD) offers the opportunity to shape strategic steering for Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Key Account Management within Human Pharma Germany.
Based in Ingelheim, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across local and global levels
The position is permanent and provides a high degree of autonomy and innovation potential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Generate insights to support strategic steering across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and KAM, focusing on KPIs, productivity, and channel orchestration.
- Lead analytical work in all areas of sales force effectiveness, including implications on geographical structures.
- Support regional and national bonus & incentive goal-setting through standard and ad-hoc analyses, including KPI monitoring and alignment.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and derive actionable recommendations for key stakeholders within the TA.
- Initiate and manage CXE-, marketing-, and sales-related projects and processes in the area of customer facing functions.
- Coordinate analytical requirements with internal and external partners, ensuring data quality and compliance with standards
Requirements
- University degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
- Several years of experience in analytical roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong, proven hands-on expertise in KPI-driven steering, data analysis & reporting and associated tools
- Excellent communication and consulting skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strategic mindset and the ability to proactively drive initiatives to influence at management level
