Customer Experience (CX) Head, Pipeline

The Position

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives customer-centricity and enhances decision-making through data? As CX Head, TA, you will be a strategic and trusted ally, working closely with the TA Head to unlock business opportunities and elevate customer-centric initiatives within Human Pharma Germany.
In this key position, you will serve as the single CXE point of contact for the specific TA, providing support for both strategic and tactical decision-making. Your mission will be to transform the TA into a strategic partnership that goes beyond an enabling function. This will be achieved through senior-level sparring, proactive analytics, and informed decision-making, supported by your strong capabilities in business case development and impactful presentations.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Acting as the Point of Contact (PoC) and sparring partner for the TA Head, where you will challenge teams, foster a data-driven culture, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Transforming strategic and high-level tactical features into smaller, actionable user stories to ensure effective execution.
  • Leading and managing functional areas within the TA Squad Teams to maximize customer satisfaction and drive HPG profitability.
  • Developing business cases and delivering analytical support for strategic planning processes, including OL, ACV, and LTF.
  • Building strong cooperative relationships with CXE and cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving key business initiatives.
  • Collaborating on roadmap planning and optimizing workforce allocation to align resources with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (e.g. PhD, MD) and/or Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) or diploma degree 
  • Long term experience in human pharma with few years of experience on leadership/people manager role
  • Working experience and strong knowledge on German OPU human pharma market is required
  • Consultancy experience/background is highly preferred 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and conflict management with above average oral, written and presentation skills 
  • Ability to drive change, manage organizational transformations, and proactively implement innovation
  • Demonstrates Growth Mindset and 5 Behaviors of Boehringer Ingelheim
  • Fluent in both English and German languages is required.
