(Senior) Pricing and Access Manager - Oncology
The Position

We are seeking a (Senior) Global Pricing & Access Manager to join our Global Value & Access team and help shape the access strategy for obrixtamig, an investigational DLL3-targeting T-cell engager designed to transform treatment expectations in aggressive cancers.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most strategically important oncology programs in our pipeline. Working at the intersection of science, value and healthcare systems, you will help ensure that clinical innovation is translated into meaningful patient access around the world.
In this role, you will partner closely with colleagues across Global Access, HEOR, Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial and regional market teams to shape payer-relevant strategies, evidence generation plans, pricing recommendations and launch preparations. You will play a key role in translating complex clinical, market and payer insights into actionable access solutions that support successful global launches and long-term value creation.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive development and execution of global pricing and access strategies for obrixtamig across multiple indications, ensuring payer considerations are integrated into asset and indication planning.
- Develop and refine payer value propositions for obrixtamig, translating clinical, economic and market evidence into compelling value narratives that support pricing and reimbursement objectives.
- Lead payer-relevant evidence planning in partnership with HEOR, Medical and Clinical colleagues, identifying evidence needs, access risks and opportunities to strengthen value demonstration.
- Develop global pricing recommendations and guidance to support launch planning, lifecycle management, indication expansion and long-term value optimization.
- Lead generation and interpretation of payer, HTA, reimbursement and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations across access, pricing and evidence generation activities.
- Drive access launch readiness across regions and markets, ensuring global strategies, evidence packages and value communications are effectively translated into local implementation.
- Partner with internal cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure payer and access perspectives are reflected in development, evidence and commercialization planning.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in Oncology market access, pricing, reimbursement or payer authority roles.
- Deep understanding of global healthcare systems (US, EU, Japan, China and other key markets) and market dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies to archetype-specific requirements for optimal access execution and delivery of value-added services
- Demonstrated experience in conducting payer-relevant research across multiple specialties, including pricing and contracting and innovative access models
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate complex access, regulatory, and policy environments
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Additional requirements for Senior
- Experience supporting global pricing and access strategy development for oncology assets, ideally in pre-launch or launch-phase planning.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional market access initiatives and translate ambiguity into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
- Strong understanding of HTA, reimbursement and payer decision-making processes across major global markets, with the ability to anticipate access opportunities and risks.
