Product Manager

The purpose of this position:

Brand owner responsible for localization of corporate strategy and execution of campaigns, manage dynamic market situation in Respiratory product which requires agility and strong rapport with key influencer.

 

Accountabilities:

-Brand Strategic Planning:

  • Literacy of Marketing and ICP planning process;
  • Translate corporate brand strategy into local market;

-Competition and Market Assessment:

  • Gain market insights to reflect competitors' activities and strategy;
  • Gain market insights to reflect excellent understanding of the physicians' clinical practice;

-Implementation Excellence:

  • Translate ICP plan into implementable campaigns;
  • Implement impactful campaigns;
  • Develop impactful promotional message and relevant materials according to strategic segmentation;
  • Set effective KPIs to measure campaign success and overall brand strategy;

-In Business Case Literacy:

  • Create business case with reasonable assumptions to support business decision;

-Risk and Opportunity Assessment:

  • Create a complete patient journey model and identify opportunities;
  • Analyze external opportunities and threats with market intelligence;

 

Education and Requirements

  • At least one year working experience as Product Manager in global pharmaceutical company, having solid marketing experience and product knowledge in respiratory or other similar therapeutic area;
  • University graduation;  
  • Being experienced in brand management, project management, analytical skill, strong communication skill, strong sense of accountability
