Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Fall Co-Op to join the Biotherapeutics T-Cell Receptor Mimic Antibodies (TCRm) Discovery department located at our Fort Worth, TX facility. As a Co-Op, you will have an opportunity to learn about the process of anti body discovery using yeast display and about targeting cancer-specific peptide-HLA complexes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the generation and selection of yeast anti body display libraries
- Assist in the characterization of antibodies against peptide-H LA targets, including assessment of anti body binding th rough ELISA and/or cell line staining
- Analyze data obtained from experiments and process and report data and experimental results
Requirements
- Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing.
- Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the co-op.
- Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
- Major or minor in related field of co-op.
- Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university.
- Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university.
- Prior lab experience
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities
- Experience in molecular biology including PCR is preferred
- Basic knowledge of flow cytometry is a plus
- Cell culture experience is a plus
- Highly motivated, with an ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Good communication skills
