This role will design and deliver complex analytical solutions, lead analytical workstreams, and provide actionable recommendations that influence commercial performance across marketing, sales, and finance. Build analytical standards and scalable processes to enhance speed and consistency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytical workstreams from scoping to decision: frame the problem, design approach, quantify value at stake, deliver executive-ready insights, and partner on implementation playbooks to capture impact.
- Create and manage the experimentation roadmap for a product/marketing area.
- Define guardrails (power, (Minimum Detectable Effect), instrument tests, and synthesize reads into next-best actions.
- Develop advanced models (propensity, churn, etc.) and own back-testing/validation.
- Partner with product/marketing owners to embed scores into workflows and measure incremental lift.
- Translate insights into channel and segment strategies with quantified expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with execution teams to test and scale what works.
- Define analytics deliverable standards (templates, peer review, reproducibility) and semantic layers for a product/marketing area.
- Partner with IT/Data Management & Reporting on data contracts and SLAs negotiating requirements that balance speed, quality, and cost.
- Advise on tagging/attribution designs (Multi-Touch Attribution / Market Mix Model exposure) and ensure traceability from campaign setup through reporting.
- Mentor analysts.
- Run clinics on methods, code quality, and communication.
- Provide growth feedback tied to role expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s required
- Master’s (MBA/MS) preferred.
- 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's
- 3+ years relevant experience with Master's
