The SR AD, Omnichannel will lead the execution and ongoing optimization of omnichannel initiatives, translating omnichannel strategy into coordinated, compliant, measurable activation with focus on delivery excellence, field enablement, and adoption.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end activation of omnichannel initiatives.
- Oversee full execution for assigned initiatives across brands, segments, and channels, ensuring aligned deployment.
- Coordinate omnichannel execution across functionsIntegrate efforts across field teams, inside sales, digital teams, marketing, data, and IT for coherent execution.
- Operationalize journeys and next‑best‑actions.
- Convert strategic journey designs into practical tools, content, and enablement materials for field teams.
- Monitor performance and optimize execution.
- Track KPIs, diagnose issues, propose improvements, and coordinate adjustments across teams.
- Manage agency and vendor execution.
- Ensure agency deliverables meet BI standards, timelines, compliance, and quality criteria.
- Ensure regulatory governance and documentation adherence.
- Safeguard compliance across execution, maintain approvals, documentation, and audit‑ready records.
