This position will translate the enterprise analytics vision into actionable strategies and standards for complex domains. Provide thought leadership on measurement, experimentation, and data governance while enabling senior stakeholders to make informed decisions through rigorous analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise vision into domain-level strategies and quarterly roadmaps.
- Shape cross-functional backlogs with Finance/IT/Marketing, quantifying business cases, and ensuring benefits realization (e.g., channel mix optimization, pricing yield, supply reliability).
- Establish enterprise measurement/experimentation standards (A/B, Designed Experiements, holdouts) and coach leaders on interpreting effect sizes and risk.
- Ensure priority initiatives have testable hypotheses and owners for impact tracking.
- Guide build/buy decisions and reference architectures for analytics solutions.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, TCO, and integration complexity, recommending paths that accelerate value realization.
- Lead cross-functional KPI alignment forums; resolve conflicting definitions.
- Drive adoption of standardized metrics, and sunset redundant reports to improve focus.
- Anticipate risks in privacy, ethics, and model governance.
- Implement controls (documentation, approvals, monitoring) and escalate material risks.
- Sponsor communities of practice and mentoring.
- Set expectations for craft excellence, fostering knowledge sharing across squads.
- Shape talent standards and upskilling plans.
- Run brown‑bags and code reviews to accelerate team capability and consistency.
- Advise leaders on investment trade‑offs using evidence.
- Frame options and recommend a path with quantified upside/risks and assumptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s required.
- Master’s (MBA/MS) preferred.
- PhD a plus.
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Enterprise analytics strategy.
- Experimentation at scale.

- Executive communication.
