The Manager, Omnichannel will manage daily omnichannel execution, ensuring high‑quality operations, compliance, performance optimization, and seamless function across channels and platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute daily omnichannel activities.
- Run channel operations across web, CRM, SEO/SGE, email, and other platforms.
- Maintain and optimize channel performance.
- Monitor KPIs, identify issues, execute corrective actions, and continuously improve UX and performance.
- Implement journeys, campaigns, and content.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets, tagging, configurations, and content activation.
- Support personalization and NBA deployment.
- Execute segmentation and logic rules for personalization.
- Manage agencies and operations vendors.
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, milestones, quality checks, and approvals.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Maintain adherence to governance, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
