The ED, Omnichannel will act as the architect and driving force of the US omnichannel commercial operating model for all the species, ensuring that commercial strategy is translated into coordinated, data-driven, and ROI-positive actions, with a strong focus on execution excellence, simplification, agility, and field adoption across Animal Health US.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, own, and continuously evolve the Omnichannel Operating Model for Animal Health US,
- Translate Commercial Excellence strategy into clear omnichannel roadmaps and activation priorities.
- Define how Sales, Marketing (off & off) and Data operate as one integrated system.
- Lead omnichannel orchestration across field, inside sales, digital, platforms, and enablement.
- Ensure measurable business impact, including sales productivity, ROI, and customer experience.
- Act as the internal authority (local & corporate) and reference point for omnichannel execution.
- Drive data-to-insight-to-action capabilities, including segmentation, VoC and next best actions.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure relevance, adoption, and impact in the field.
- Collaborate closely with I and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and coherence across commercial platforms, data models, and company arquitecture, enabling scalable, compliants, and insights-driven omnichannel execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, Advanced degree in Digital preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience incl. leading people.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline.
- Enterprise-level leadership and influence across functions.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance orientation.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and drive focus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Credibility with senior commercial and marketing & sales leaders.
- High learning agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
