The Director, Analytics & Insights will set the enterprise‑wide analytics vision, champion evidence‑based decision‑making across functions, and guide executive stakeholders on strategic choices, investment priorities, and long‑term value creation. They will also drive alignment between analytics strategy, business needs, and transformation initiatives to maximize organizational impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Defines a multi-year enterprise analytics vision and operating model aligned to corporate strategy and P&L, setting outcome-based Objectives and Key Results (e.g., % revenue lift, % cost-to-serve) and securing funding/prioritization through executive governance; track adoption and ROI across portfolios.
  • Champions evidence-based decisions with executive stakeholders by structuring choices, quantifying trade-offs, running scenario analyses, and documenting decision logs; ensure decisions map to KPIs and are revisited through post‑implementation reviews.
  • Sets portfolio-level measurement frameworks (Market Mix Model /  Multi‑Touch Attribution / experimentation) and integrates them into planning cycles to optimize spend across channels, segments, and geographies; maintain model governance and recalibration cadence.
  • Influences data/platform roadmaps with IT/DM leaders to close capability gaps (e.g., identitying resolution, near‑real‑time feeds); prioritizing items based on value, risk, and compliance impact.
  • Ensures compliance with privacy, governance, and quality standards across the portfolio.
  • Sponsors audits and remediate issues that could create regulatory or reputational risk.
  • Represents Analytics & Insights in executive forums; communicating portfolio health, risks, and outcomes; and influencing investment decisions with clear trade‑off narratives.
  • Mentors senior Individual contributors.
  • Builds external thought leadership (conferences, publications); setting bar for storytelling with data and ethical AI use.
  • Drives adoption and cultural change for data‑driven decisions—coaching leaders on using dashboards and models in business rhythms and measuring behavior change and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s required.
  • Master’s (MBA/MS) preferred. 
  • PhD a plus.
  • 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Enterprise influence.
  • Vision setting.
  • Portfolio prioritization.
  • Measurement strategy.
  • Executive storytelling.
  • Primary market research fundamentals (survey design, qualitative methods).

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
