The AD, Omnichannel will lead omnichannel workstreams, ensuring high‑quality execution, optimization, and adoption aligned with commercial priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead execution of assigned omnichannel initiatives.
- Own delivery for defined journeys, channels, segments, or brands.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure timely delivery through alignment with marketing, sales, IT, data, compliance, and vendors.
- Translate strategy into execution plans.
- Define deliverables, workflows, timelines, and execution requirements.
- Track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
- Use performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage third‑party execution.
- Oversee vendor and agency contributions.
- Ensure compliance adherence.
- Follow governance processes and ensure audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience
