About the department

Social media and digital media planning are essential components of modern engagement strategies. Within Commercial Excellence, the Social Media & Media capability supports how brands connect with audiences across social platforms and digital media channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Social Media & Media Planning Manager supports the operational management of social media engagement and digital media planning activities. The role collaborates closely with Marketing teams, Communications teams, other Omni channeling roles, Analytics and Insights, Data Management and agencies to ensure effective social engagement and media activation across platforms including paid social and programmatic medica environments to monitor engagement performance and identify opportunities to improve digital media impact.
