About the department
Within Commercial Excellence, the Omnichannel Engagement organization connects digital platforms, engagement channels and customer insights to improve how veterinary professionals and consumers interact with the company.
The Web Platform capability supports the operational management and continuous improvement of the web environments that enable these experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Web Platform & Digital Experience Manager acts as the operational expert for web platforms supporting both veterinary professional and consumer engagement environments.
The role works closely with the Associate Directors responsible for Veterinary and Consumer Web Ecosystems, helping ensure that digital platforms operate efficiently, remain stable and deliver high-quality user experiences.
The position collaborates with IT teams, ERP integrations supporting B2B environments, consumer digital hubs, platform partners and agencies to ensure the smooth operation and evolution of web environments.
Operational SEO, generative search optimization and certain development activities are typically supported by external partners and international hubs, while this role focuses on platform coordination, usability and performance.
