The Analyst I, Analytics & Insights provides foundational analytical support through high-quality data preparation and basic analyses. This role supports the Analytics & Insights team by delivering accurate data sets and simple insights that inform marketing, sales, and finance decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleans, joins, and validates datasets from internal and external sources.
- Prepares datasets and basic analyses according to defined requirements.
- Builds simple analytics deliverables (tables, charts, dashboards) from provided specifications.
- Performs basic descriptive analyses (trends, variances) and clearly documents findings.
- Follows established analytics standards, templates, and documentation practices.
- Supports senior analysts with data preparation and analysis tasks.
- Proactively flags data quality issues and inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop analytics skills.
- Clear documentation and communication.
- Team orientation and reliability.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
