The Associated Director, Integrated Customer Marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition and retention in support of driving profitable business growth. This role bridges creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, print, in-person events and experiential platforms.

The AD, Integrated Customer Marketing manager collaborates cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, digital, and external agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads the commercialization and operational activities, including sales promotions, focus cycles, sales force enablement, communication and alignment, marketing activation, sponsorships, customer events and delivery of the desired customer experience.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to brand marketing, sales, technical and customer facing/experience teams.
  • Manages agency relationships, guide creative development and commercialization to ensure brand consistency.
  • Leads the development and implementation of overall marketing plan including budgeting and measuring impact.
  • Partners and leads through influence with Customer Marketing, Brand Managers & agency partners for desired outcomes.
  • Develops and leads integrated marketing communication plans that support product promotions, brand campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Aligns messaging across (internal & external) channels to ensure a unified brand voice and customer experience.
  • Leads customer activations and sales enablement by influencing the field force through effective and timely communication and activation planning to meet and exceed customer expectations by following strategic plans set forth by global and US leadership.
  • Supports the Equine Executive Leadership team in delivering key internal presentations and events with excellence.  (i.e. National Sales Meetings, Summer Sales Meeting, AAP/AD, etc.)
  • Contributes to the leadership of the marketing and marketing operations both coaching & mentoring in areas of strong marketing competencies such as customer centric, and clear, concise communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or other related discipline, Master's preferred.
  • Ten-plus (10+) or more years combined progressive experience in a Commercial Function, including at least four (4) years’ experience in a (Customer Marketing, Product/Brand Marketing, Marketing communications, Digital Marketing or a customer facing role) required.
  • Preferred Experiences: Integrated Marketing, brand communications or campaign management. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and customer journey mapping. Experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or Animal Health.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and gain buy in from stakeholders to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated organization, planning & project management skills along with solid decision making & negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple high level cross functional projects & prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity and proven track record for innovation.
