The QA department consists of 4 employees, who are responsible for the distribution of pharmaceuticals as well as the QA responsibility in relation to marketing authorizations for products throughout the Nordic region.

THE OPPORTUNITY – DO WORK THAT MATTERS

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Denmark A/S are looking for a motivated student assistant to support our Quality Assurance department, located in Copenhagen. In this role you will gather hands-on experience within the QA field and live a true international experience, interacting with various colleagues from different departments. To succeed in this challenging environment, we are looking for a student assistant with a strong and self-driven personality. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the QA department with tasks related to the local releases of products for sale, covering both human and veterinary products. 
  • Checking GDP/GMP licenses and certificates.
  • Handling of complaints and electronic archiving.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Creating purchase orders (POs).
  • Handling out of stock reporting.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

Ideally, you are a bachelor or master student in the field of pharmacy, chemistry, biology or similar and are approx. two years into your studies.

Additionally, it is an advantage if you:

 

  • Process a certain understanding of concepts within the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
  • Have excellent command of the Danish and English language. An understanding of Swedish and Norwegian is considered a plus as we are working with customers in both Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • Work independently and systematically and know how to get things done.
  • Have an eye for detail and can manage several parallel tasks at once without losing track of the overview.
  • Have a strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution.
  • Have a flair for IT.
  • Availability to work during the summer period.

The standard working hours are 15 hours a week, and we prefer if you can start as soon as possible.
