THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Marketing Team Leader you will be responsible for the execution of the Brand and Customer Strategy within the therapeutic area of Cardio-Renal-Metabolic.
In your role, you will lead the Marketing organization and oversee excellence in execution in full alignment with local rules and regulations in both Denmark and Norway.
With your knowledge of the local markets needs and developments, you will supervise the creation and implementation of the marketing and activities plans, including launch readiness, forecasting and demand management, GMT (go-to-market) capabilities and operational excellence.
Moreover, you will coach and engage team members to develop and grow further within our organization while fostering a dynamic and effective workplace culture.
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and some travelling might be required. The role reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area, CRM.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the coordination of development plans for the marketing organization, and for the execution of the customer engagement GTM strategy.
- Coaches and enables the brand team in CRM to identify and optimize growth strategies.
- Responsible for forecasting, launch readiness, and demand planning in close collaboration with our business analyst.
- Monitors budget and defined targets/KPI’s.
- Oversee the creation of local customer journeys using data-driven insights.
- Monitors market developments and competitors initiatives.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medicine, Pharmacy or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharma industry.
- Excellent communications skills in Danish or Norwegian and English.
- Strong marketing and business acumen as well as solid medical/scientific understanding.
- Ability to drive change and foster innovation to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- You can lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing individuals on their way to pursue our strategic objectives.
