As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support and be an active member of the marketing core team within ILD by coordination and implementation of marketing materials in collaboration with core team.

 

This is an office-based role, where you will join a community of coordinators within sales, medical and marketing. You will report directly to Head of TA ILD DENOR. 

 

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:

  • Active team player in marketing core team and managing the approval and re-approval process of all promotion materials and managing inventory of materials.
  • Co-leading larger CME (Continuous Medical Education) activities with Brand Manager.
  • Contracts with all external partners, e.g. physicians, nurses, scientific societies, registration according to local compliance handbook and reporting to Danish and Norwegian authorities.
  • Budget meetings regarding Direct Promotion (DP) and Direct Scientific Support (DSS) monthly with Brand Manager and medical coordinator.
  • Ensure cost control by creating secure processes and effectiveness.
  • Leading congress execution from planning, execution and reconciliation with internal and external parties.

 

YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree as minimum
  • Preferably experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, working with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge and work experience within Veeva PromoVault or Medical Vault.
  • Structured mindset and sets compliance at highest priority.
  • Super user of Microsoft Office.
  • Communication and collaboration skills and you enjoy working in team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent command of one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) and fluent in the English language.
