THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and supporting commercial decision-making? As our Commercial Excellence Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both our sales and brand teams across the Nordics. You will work with our CRM system, market data, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure our teams have the insights they need to succeed.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM management, and analytics within a global company.

This position reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence Nordics and is expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam periods and other academic commitments.

 

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • CRM Administration: Monitor and respond to daily requests in our salesforce inbox, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of our CRM data.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of CRM data as well as market data and support necessary updates.
  • Data Exports: Provide ad-hoc exports from our CRM system, market data sources, and Snowflake to support various stakeholders in the organization.
  • Reporting: Support report creation and maintenance in Excel and Power BI.
  • Automation Exploration: Investigate automation opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.

 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

 

We imagine you are currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, economics, IT, engineering, or a related field.  Additionally, you:

  • Have an interest in data management
  • Are detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Have experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Python is an advantage
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and data-driven environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferably speak one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
