THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Commercial Excellence Student Assistant, you will provide design, material follow-up, and project-administration support for Nordic campaigns and omnichannel activities in close collaboration with the campaign team in Barcelona. You will create and adapt visual assets, coordinate timelines and deliverables, support the administration of VetPortal, and analyse promotional-material activity using warehouse data. Working with Commercial Excellence and cross-functional commercial stakeholders, you will help keep projects organized, materials on track, and outputs clear and engaging.
This position is based in Copenhagen and works closely with the Nordic Commercial Excellence team and cross-functional commercial stakeholders.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide design support for campaign and omnichannel materials using Canva and Microsoft 365, in line with brand requirements.
- Follow up on campaign materials, timelines, approvals, and deliverables with the campaign coordination team
- Support project administration by maintaining trackers, documentation, meeting follow-ups, and status updates for campaign activities.
- Analyse promotional-material activity and usage using warehouse data, and prepare simple summaries and observations for the team.
- Support the administration of VetPortal, including content and task follow-up with the relevant agency and internal stakeholders.
- Help improve templates and ways of working that make campaign coordination and project follow-up more efficient.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, digital design, business, or a related field.
- Creative, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate timelines, materials, and follow-up activities.
- Strong interest in visual communication, campaign coordination, digital platforms, and project administration.
- A good visual eye and confidence using Design tools.
- Comfortable using Excel basic-to-medium functionalities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with native or fluent proficiency in English, any Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working with colleagues across locations.
