THE OPPORTUNITY – DO WORK THAT MATTERS

At Boehringer Ingelheim, we’re seeking a commercially sharp, strategically minded and experienced Brand Manager Pets Nordics to accelerate our growth across Pet Parasiticides, Therapeutics, and Vaccines. This is your opportunity to own and drive brand performance across five Nordic markets—through compelling storytelling, multichannel campaigns, and customer-centric strategies that resonate with both veterinary professionals and pet owners.

 

You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious Brand/Technical Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Pets Nordics. We value co-creation, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset—and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.

 

 

 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of local marketing and activation plans tailored to each Nordic market
  • In-Market performance monitoring including competitive watch
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities with our product portfolio
  • Preparation and execution of Launches
  • Create and manage impactful multichannel marketing campaign
  • Implement global pricing strategies in alignment with local market needs
  • Manage product demand forecast and the annual marketing budget
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and global teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Help the team to achieve brand performance targets and KPIs

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • A degree in Business Administration Degree or Marketing (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in Marketing / Brand Management; experience in field sales is a plus
  • Industry experience in Animal Health (prescription / prescription free) is valued
  • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • A self-starter mindset with business acumen and a result-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
