THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Brand Manager (Human Pharma) within CRM (cardio – renal – metabolic), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop multi-channel marketing activities, ensuring compliance and customer experience improvement in the two markets, Denmark and Norway. Additionally, you will be responsible for the execution of strategy according to the marketing plan, drive launch readiness, utilize data analytics and business intelligence for informed decision-making, and foster improved customer engagement. This position requires strong marketing knowledge, financial understanding, and proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
This position is based in Denmark and reports directly to the Marketing Team Leader CRM.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the regional center and the local cross-functional teams to achieve financial sales targets for promoted products.
- Develop and plan multi-channel activities for all Boehringer Ingelheim channels (e.g., field force, websites, emails, social media, surveys) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of improving the customer experience.
- Execute the brand strategy according to the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).
- Provide input and feedback to the local marketing plan, and support competitor information, local activities, and customer insights.
- Plan, organize and lead sales cycle/training meetings to serve brand strategy objectives and Go-to-Market transformation.
- Apply rapid learning and optimization to all marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders: in close cooperation with medical and field operations, conduct regular field visits to stay customer focused and keep up to date regarding the competitive environment.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Master’s degree and/or Diploma in Pharmaceutics, Medicine or Business Administration.
- Experience with interpretation and communication of scientific data.
- Experience in the Cardio-Renal-Metabolism therapeutic area is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Danish or Norwegian & English.
- Digital savviness.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills.
- Strong team player with open and transparent way of communicating.
- Skillful at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions that can help drive business success.
- Agile and a born strategic thinker with a growth mind-set and a profound knowledge of multi- and omni-channel customer plans.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- A structured thinker with a methodical approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Financial, business & marketing acumen.
