Brand Manager, Animal Health | Nordics

At the Operating Unit Animal Health Nordics, steered out of Copenhagen, we are dedicated to deliver health to animals in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing and activation strategies to drive business growth across the Nordics. Beyond brand strategy, you play a critical role in demand planning and supply alignment, ensuring accurate forecasting, minimizing supply risks, and supporting efficient product availability in the markets.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into both impactful campaigns and reliable demand plans, balancing commercial opportunities with operational realities.
This position is based in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Head of Business Unit Livestock Nordics. Please note that occasional travel may be required.

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN
- Develop and execute local marketing and activation plans to drive sales, market share, and revenue growth.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with supply and minimizing risks such as stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Translate commercial plans into accurate demand forecasts in close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including successful product launches and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, product management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Danish. Good command of English.
- Some experience working with AI.
