Take on a role where your work directly impacts pet health and the people who care for them. As Territory Manager Pharmacy Animal Health, you’ll lead the growth of trusted brands like Frontline and Frontpro in the Pharmacy and Parapharmacy channel.

This field-based role covers the Central region of Portugal, reporting to the Sales, Distribution and KA Manager Pets.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacies and parapharmacies through regular visits, prospecting, and client reactivation.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions, optimize assortment and visibility, and implement promotional campaigns at the point of sale.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide technical support to pharmacy teams.
  • Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, maintain accurate CRM records, and report KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, OTC legislation, and promotional guidelines.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Animal Science/Veterinary or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Pharmacy/Parapharmacy or FMCG/Consumer Health.
  • Preferred areas of residence: Coimbra, Pombal, Leiria
  • Strong negotiation and commercial execution skills, with proven ability to influence and train teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; valid driving license and willingness to travel daily.
  • Veterinary background and strong network in mass market, retail, pet shops (e.g., Pet Food) are a plus.
