Sales Coordinator
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Casablanca who will be responsible for sales marketing and medical operations in Morocco. This position will be responsible for the general cross-functional support, coordination, and planning to achieve shared objectives and common goals of the organization and report to National Business Manager Morocco.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the department’s new joiners’ induction, and coordinates with different stakeholders
- Act as the focal point of contact between the agent and BI for personnel services
- Coordinate sales team meetings, contribute to the discussions, and ensure effective communication of relevant points to all stakeholders
- Coordinate the event management process, ensuring the timely, effective and compliant planning, documentation, approval, execution and reconciliation of all forms of event management
- Provide support to sales team and manage department head calendar and travel logistics.
- Provide monthly reporting to National Business Manager
- Facilitate the purchasing and payment processes including purchase orders, quotations and invoices for the sales team
- Update monthly Direct Promotion tracker
- Update monthly customer sales tracker
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with a preference in multinational environment
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Arabic, French and in English is preferred
- Excellent ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to with a focus on customer orientation
- Effective communication with ability to drive change
- Ability to act as a positive team player
