Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Casablanca who will be responsible for sales marketing and medical operations in Morocco. This position will be responsible for the general cross-functional support, coordination, and planning to achieve shared objectives and common goals of the organization and report to National Business Manager Morocco.


  Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitates the department’s new joiners’ induction, and coordinates with different stakeholders
  • Act as the focal point of contact between the agent and BI for personnel services
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, contribute to the discussions, and ensure effective communication of relevant points to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate the event management process, ensuring the timely, effective and compliant planning, documentation, approval, execution and reconciliation of all forms of event management
  • Provide support to sales team and manage department head calendar and travel logistics.
  • Provide monthly reporting to National Business Manager
  • Facilitate the purchasing and payment processes including purchase orders, quotations and invoices for the sales team
  • Update monthly Direct Promotion tracker
  • Update monthly customer sales tracker

 

Requirements : 

  •  Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
  •  2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with a preference in multinational environment
  •  Previous experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  •  Proficiency in Arabic, French and in English is preferred
  •  Excellent ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload.
  •  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to with a focus on customer orientation
  •  Effective communication with ability to drive change
  •  Ability to act as a positive team player
