Specialty Care Partner- Giza / Mohandsin
The Position
We are looking for a Specialty Care Partner based in Giza/Downtown Egypt. This position will be responsible in effectively representing and promoting Boehringer Ingelheim core products to existing and potential customers, by presenting the benefits of products, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share. Key responsibilities in this role include offering innovative, tailored solutions to ensure long term presence of the SRD portfolio whilst adhering to company best practices. This position will be reporting directly to the National Business Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Drive product uptake and achieve sales targets within assigned territory through effective promotion of specialty care products.
- Implement tactical plans aligned with brand strategy and national objectives.
Customer Engagement & Territory Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and hospital stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure optimal coverage and engagement across the territory.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the National Business Manager to align on priorities, share market insights, and support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to territory planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Product & Disease Knowledge
- Maintain deep understanding of assigned products and their role in disease management, particularly in areas like progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF).
- Deliver high-quality scientific discussions and respond to HCP inquiries with accuracy and confidence.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities, sales performance, and insights via CRM tools.
Event Support & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of scientific events, congresses, and symposia in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Represent the brand professionally during external engagements and ensure consistent messaging.
Compliance & Ethical Standards
- Adhere to all internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in promotional activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Vet.
- Residency in Giza, Downtown, or Mohandseen is preferred for territory efficiency
- 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a multinational company
- Proven sales performance and target achievement
- Experience in chest and/or neurology is a strong asset
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Skilled in territory planning
- Analytical mindset with market awareness
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
- High ethical standards and compliance orientation
- Willingness to travel for outstations and prepare commercial events
