HR Administrator IMETA

 

The Opportunity

 

We are hiring a HR Administrator in Egypt, Cairo to support all HR-related processes and activities of Boehringer Ingelheim's HR function across IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa) region with the objective of ensuring that employees are adequately supported to successfully perform their roles and that their employee rights are sufficiently maintained and safeguarded, whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOP's).

The successful candidate will be directly reporting to Head of HR Shared Services IMETA in Dubai, UAE. 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • On-Boarding of New Joiners within the respective region 
  • Payroll management, including social security contribution management and reconciliation, monthly and yearly accruals
  • Maintains all relevant employee insurances and employee benefits plans, such as Medical Insurance and Life Insurance
  • Manages the relocation of new joiners mainly from outside/within the respective region.
  • Monitors of Probation Confirmation
  • HRIS and System Management: Success factors Admin, coordination of employee issues with HR Shared Services
  • Employee Records and Employee Relations
  • Employee Legislation
  • Exit management and off boarding.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a HR organization and have performed an HR Generalist role in a multinational company
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language skills, French would be an advantage.
  • Core HR Expertise and Compliance, team player, highly organized, good analytical skills, Relationship Management/Relationship Building Skills, Quality Improvement and Service Focus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and ability to drive process improvement projects within HR Services team.
  • HRIS, System knowledge (SuccessFactors will be a plus)
