Digital Production Specialist (2-year contract)
THE POSITION
With evolving customer needs and the consistent introduction of new platforms and channels, we need to partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Access, Communications and Sales) to deliver elements of omnichannel campaigns that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is within the Omnichannel Excellence team and will be responsible for supporting timeline creation and project management of various digital initiatives including Web, CLM and FuEM as well as the roll-out of the global tagging framework as it relates to all digital assets. There will also be responsibility of internal platforms including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform, and CANVAS for automated digital production.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project managing the production of all digital assets including but not limited to CLM content, HOEMs and websites with our HPS Account Team. Ensures appropriate briefing of HPS Account Services and development of a production budget, schedule and testing process to ensure high quality, on-budget and timely development and production of digital assets.
- Ensures appropriate tagging frameworks is applied to all digital assets and responsible for reaching out to cross-functional partners where validation and remediation are required.
- Local platform owner for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, which houses digital creative assets and enables PDF content and Brightcove video sharing and local platform owner for CANVAS platform for production of FUEM, fragments and email templates.
- Collaborates with global and cross-functional teams to define and improve system/platform capabilities to meet customer needs & digital campaign goals while driving efficiencies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Ensures appropriate governance, processes, training, and data integrity for these platforms and ensures data integration as required with other BICL digital customer engagement platforms, customer databases, and reporting platforms.
- Provides training to new medical/marketing/access employees, agencies of record on CANVAS for creation of FUEMs and fragments and the proceeding Veeva Vault approval process.
This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is flexible.
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
Requirements
- University degree, with preference for specialization in business or marketing and/or certification(s) in digital marketing
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in digital content management and/or digital project management within pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries, and/or creative/advertising/production agency
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in digital production management of various digital asset types including email, video, websites, CLM content, apps, etc.
- Strong project team and project leadership skills, including influencing others without authority
- Experience managing 3rd party agencies and vendors
- Experience working in team collaboration and digital project management software (ex. Confluence/Jira), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and building websites on a Drupal platform.
- Preference for candidates with working knowledge of CRM/CLM platforms (ex. Salesforce/Veeva) and marketing automation tools (Ex. Adobe Marketing Cloud)
