CRM Student

The Position

Focus areas of this role include developing and improving CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system training materials, documenting and refining internalprocesses, identifying gaps in workflows and training, and providing support for projects and recurring tasks.

This job posting is for an existing vacant position.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update CRM training materials, incorporating best practices.
  • Support the documentation of internal processes and add to the internal process tool.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the clarity of training materials and process documentation.
  • Perform assessments to uncover gaps in process workflows and training documentation.
  • Provide assistance with project deliverables and recurring tasks.

This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is flexible.
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department

 

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Technically adept with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to systems like Veeva CRM (built on Salesforce CRM) and other software tools.

The salary range for this position is from $23.30/hr to $27.00/hr.  Relevant experience and education will be a key factor in driving the compensation offered.
