Specialty Care Business Unit Assistant
The Position
To provide a high standard of administrative support and customer engagement therapeutic area co-ordination to the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) function, including remote interaction with crossfunctional teams. To ensure operational effectiveness of the ICP function to successfully deliver on business objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Budget tracking.
- Management of Purchase Orders and Invoicetrack.
- Set up of new vendors when necessary.
- Raising Payment Vouchers.
- Support team with customer facing analysis and insights.
Requirements
Required
- University graduate or advanced student close to graduation.
- High attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and high level of accuracy.
- Superior organisational skills, including the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Intermediate level of english.
Desirable
- Previous experience in similar positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience or relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of being able to present to small groups.
- Previous experience using platforms such as WeBuy, SAP Portal, Invoicetrack, Veeva CRM, and Veeva PromoMats.
