The Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in both Salesforce Core (SFDC) and Salesforce Data Cloud. This role will focus on building scalable, intelligent customer engagement solutions by integrating data pipelines, optimizing business logic, and leveraging AI-driven insights.  

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flow Builder automations.
  • Extend and integrate Einstein Next Best Action (NBA) APIs with Agentforce.
  • Build and maintain Data Streams, Data Models, Calculated Insights, and Data Transforms in Data Cloud. 
  • Develop and manage connectors and APIs for seamless data integration. 
  • Implement and maintain Data Cloud Flows for real-time data activation. 
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data ingestion pipelines and resolve data quality issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance. 
  • Develop and maintain a custom Business Rules Engine in Salesforce. 

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. 
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud configuration: 
    • Calculated Insights (CIs);
    • Data Actions;
    • Segmentation.
  • Strong SQL skills for data transformation and cleansing. 
  • Experience creating materialized views in Snowflake for performance optimization. 
  • Familiarity with AWS S3 Buckets and setting up connections with Data Cloud. 
  • Basic understanding of Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and private connect configurations. 
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. 
  • Experience with Agent Force development. 

Desirable

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 
  • 1+ years working with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms. 
  • Experience in enterprise-scale data integration and governance. 
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage tools is a plus.
