Product Manager - Lytics Therapeutic Area
The position
Responsible for driving the implementation of the brand strategy with a focus on maximizing customer engagement.
Tasks y Responsibilities

Development and execution of operational plan for the defined brands.

Drive brand performance with a strong focus on driving sales growth and market share gain of assigned brands within the local operation.

Cross functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales.

Localize & give input to Regional Human Pharma Product Manager developed projects to the needs and requirements of local operation and support implementation.

Continuously updates and educates the organization on topics relevant to the defined brand supporting the sales functions with updates and training materials for the defined brands.

Influences the development of regional brand strategies by providing local input in relation to market, competitor and customer insight.
Requirements
Required
-
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing or related field or professional training.
- Previous experience in similar positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid experience in marketing.

Strong understanding of market data analysis and interpretation.

Comfortable managing deadlines and dynamic environments.
- Advanced level of english.
