Payroll Analyst

The Position

Role Purpose

Manage key activities related of payroll processes, operating day‑to‑day operational tasks. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and consolidate payroll input data for submission to the payroll vendor (including new hires, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, salary adjustments, etc.).
  • Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate finalized reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage payroll queries and ensure timely responses; coordinate with vendors, HR Business Partners, and escalate issues to the Head of Payroll LATAM when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the payroll vendor, HR BPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality payroll operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices in payroll processing.

Requirements

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, data analysis tools, macros).
  • Experience in LATAM countries.
