The Position
Contribute to provide an attractive, competitive and efficient Total Rewards proposal for South America employees by operating regional programs. Foster the organizational health by the analysis and consultancy in Business / Function structures and level analysis. This role has an impact on the business through providing value added solutions and/or advisory services in support of decision making, and the cost planning process.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Contributes to the successful rollout, management, and implementation of Compensation solutions for the region.
- Supports HRBPs to ensure compensation practices are competitive and aligned with business goals and corporate standards.
- Supports, analyzes, and evaluates internal feedback and external trends to ensure employee voice and market insights are included in the design and optimization of Benefits.
- Supports operational activities with internal stakeholders (sourcing, HR Local, Controlling).
Requirements
Required
- Student of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- Intermediate level of excel (pivot tables and formulas).
Desirable
- Previous similar experience.
