Market Access Manager Cardiometabolic

The Position

 

Adapat Global Market access strategy, Co create the ICP, design the necessary tools that facilitate value discussions at local level. 


Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Plan and ensure the execution and appropriateness of the market access material.
  • Be the main point of contact for Market Access topics in assigned Therapeutic Area (TA) and brand teams.
  • Establish close working relationships with colleagues in the Region center (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations) and corporate.
  • Support local Market Access team in roll-out/execution of ICP, developed projects for key customers; and support payer engagement, pricing, contracting and tendering.
  • Analyze Campaign results and insights so as to learn, adapt and improve customer journeys.
  • Map and identify critical market stakeholders.
  • Analyse different possible business scenerios for the corresponding TA.
  • Support implementation and development of tools and trainings for regional countries  to support Market Access Strategy's implementation.
  • Ead HEOR and RWE (real world evidence) value generation and value demonstration ACTIVITIES and DELIVERABLES for Boehringer Ingelheim products in order to demonstrate their payer-relevant clinical, economic, and social value.


Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Economics / Medicine or related field or professional training.
  • Fluent in English, in its oral and written form.
  • Knowledge of the industry and commercial environment.
  • Ability to clearly understand the need of customers/payers and to work on win-win-win solutions (patients, payers, company).
