Head of IT INF CET Voice
La posición:
End to end accountable for the overall management of the assigned function within the region. This includes responsibility for compliance, talent management, performance, stability and cost efficiency of all IT processes and services provided by the assigned organizations out of the IT function in the region.
Tareas y Responsabilidades:
- Service Delivery of IT applications according to agreed service levels in the region.
- All project management activities related to support, for all Boehringer Ingelheim OPU's in the region.
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes by providing direction in use of state-of-the-art IT technologies and methodologies.
- Builds and cooperate to provides strategic leadership in the function. Manage Strategic Alignment with other IT departments and implements strategies with technologies.
- Scouts for Innovation in the field of responsibility and beyond and implements them to create business value.
- Contribute to improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes by applying adequate Strategies, IT methods and technologies.
- Responsible for leading and managing all project management activities related to support across all Boehringer Ingelheim OPU's in the region.
- Accountable for the monitoring and delivery of overall application service quality and delivery in the region. Coordinate service delivery on a regional level and assure alignment across multiple regions. Responsible for further development and continuous improvement of delivery of services according to SLAs.
- Responsible for proper communication with IT functions and to meet IT needs and goals.
- Act as regional internal IT business partner.
- Responsible for compliance of IT processes and services with laws, regulations and SOP's with consideration for global requirements and its impact in the region.
- Manage and develop the IT human capital to the assigned function in the region to provide excellence in performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
- Creates a culture of innovation to foster a competitive advantage in the function via technologies. Identify IT or Pharma industry processes or technologies that could provide Boehringer Ingelheim with a competitive advantage. Observe the market and looks for new opportunities in technologies or services.

- Must have a solid understanding of both business and IT.

- Must have a track record in implementing technologies and realizing business benefit in a global/regional environment (including different cultures).
