HR Trainee

The Position

Join a strategic role that shapes employee experience across South America through impactful rewards and organizational design. This position contribute to provide an attractive, competitive and efficient Total Rewards proposal for South America employees by operating regional programs. Foster the organizational health by the analysis and consultancy in Business/Function structures and level analysis. This role has an impact on the business through providing value added solutions and/or advisory services in support of decision making, and the cost planning process.  

 

 Tasks and responsibilities

  • Contributes to the successfull rollout management and implementation of Compensation solutions for the region.
  • Support HRBPs to ensure compensation practices are competitive and in line with business goals and corporate standards.
  • Support, Analyse and evaluate internal feedback and external trends to ensure employee's voice and market knowledge is included in the design and optimization of Benefits.
  • Support operational activities with internal stakeholders (Sourcing, HR Local, Controlling)

 

 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree on Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience working with tools like: Excel, Power Apps (Power BI).
  • Social skills, listening, collaboration and negotiation.
  • Capacity of teamwork and proactivity.
  • Intellectual skills to analyze, conceptualize, inferred, anticipate, value and acquire knowledge.
  • Planning and Organization.
  • Cooperation and communication.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in difficult situations.
